Well got on the treadmill and everything looks good for another 50,000 miles. Dr said my heart is in great shape but still going to do some more tests with the dye shooting into the veins etc. Wearing a Halter Monitor at the moment for 48 hrs
We're celebrating Truth and Reconciliation Day today for all the Indigenous kids that were taken from their families and put into schools and treated very badly especially if they were caught speaking their language. They were half starved to death and many died from disease. This is mostly the Catholic Church that caused all this from what I believe. Vicious nuns and priests. Some of them have been charged but other have died unfortunately.
