Stop in for a cup of coffee

I opened up my internet bill yesterday and they upped the price $20 per month... :BangHead:

It turns out that the 'special' expired...

So I called them and gave them the business... :mob:

New subscribers can get the top of the line plan for $15 less per month (with autopay)... :mad:

So I argued the point that I've been with them for almost 10 years and have been paid a couple months ahead for the last year or more.... Why do I get penalized for my loyalty??? :realcrazy:

I could always switch ISP's and go with their competitor and get a good rate for switching.... :icon_fU:

So they offered me the second tier service at 1 1/2 times more speed than I had before for $10 more than I was paying before and threw in a $200 gift card, which brings the price per month lower than I payed per month for less speed... :thumbsup:

So they switched me over and I could not get the pages to open on the internet and had to call their tech support... Funny on how long you have to wait for them to pick up the tech support line, but the upgrade line is almost no wait on the phone... :rolleyes:

That's why I couldn't get caught up yesterday...

After a while they got me back up and running...

Now look at my speed!!!
