included is the wire harness and switch with bezel
 
Hard to say without a sample setup to compare, but, it may be a mixed bag. The duct is probably around a 1963 vintage, the resistor on the motor is correct for a '66 A-body, and the switch looks to be late '60's-early 70's. Most items were used more than one year though, so, I guess it's possible that all those items were on one year.

Looks just like the entire system that I just installed in my 1970 Dart except the plastic "rear air" bezel is 1971 and up (chromed pot metal before that). Plugged right into the harness, eezy peezy... They sure do work to clear the back window and circulate the warm air.
