Are cats narcissists?

We took in a young feral cat, Ms Kitty had her fixed and she became an indoor cat by night and outdoor cat by day. She kept the critters away for the most part, even the neighbors dogs. Had her 17yrs and never clawed furniture or coughed up fur balls. Don’t think I could ever find another like that
