Sorry to hear GYC is taking so long to do the car. Unfortunately, GYC is a show and not just a restoration shop. I'm betting Worman is up to his *** in production schedules, dealing with non-car related personnel, and trying to keep the network happy with content that attracts the most viewers. Enter the Hemi Cuda's , Daytona Chargers, Superbirds and other one -offs that car fans migrate to. A-Bodies don't fit that list unless its "Hemi under Glass" or something a body related in that category.
I'm betting that his work was much better when he didn't have a show and was just concentrating on the restoration of the cars.
Some of the guys he lost were extremely good and probably didn't like being front and center and being the butt of Worman's stupid antics.
The only good thing is that because he is using up so many parts, its an incentive for the aftermarket to keep producing them. A lot of the fasteners, clips, exhaust products, electrical, etc is shared across the Mopar lines.
BTW , the Cuda is awesome ! B-5 Blue.. Oh yeah!!
