74 power wagon dream truck...

Can't find most of my bolts from taking the old engine apart. That and I don't want to use old nasty bolts. In particular the one for the oil pump. I'm going to go get a couple 2 inch grade 8 bolts. I don't remember the factory ones having washers? Just kind of that built-in washer on the head if I remember correctly? I plan on putting a washer but I'm not sure about a lock washer? A little blue loctite and 35 lb of torque..
