Positive crankcase ventilation

That tube you see is the drain (there’s a lever on the other side of the big hex that tube screws into that rotates to drain) for collected oil. On the top right side of the canister (barely visible in that posts picture) is the stub for the hose that goes to the carb. Better pics:

I run an oil separator as well with the adjustable PCV.
I fabbed my own baffles and TiG'd them in to my covers (they're 440source fabbed covers that had none). When the engine's running you can pop the breather or PCV off, feel the topside of the baffle and there's little to no oil on the surface, and the bottom of the PCV is dry for the most part...but there's so much mist flying around at higher RPM that it still sucks oil.
(Did anyone else see Andy F's video of the dyno pull with clear covers?)
I get about half a shot glass worth of oil out of the separator every few hundred miles. That's oil that would have gone right into the intake tract:eek:
