Looking for easier access to the oil filter

on the 318 in my '71 Dart GT as my old a$$ can't contort like I used to under the car (pinched nerve (C7), bursitis in both shoulders, etc...).

The car has the 90* adaptor on it with dual exhaust using the factory exhaust manifolds. Is there more, top side (over the fender), accessibility without the adaptor? Would running without the adaptor require a shorter filter (brand/mfr part number)? Would a remote oil filter be a better option (brand/mfr preference)?

Thoughts/ideas/suggestions?
