Elect Ign Distributor Output LOW?

Yes, yes and yes.
Good connections. ECU has a ground strap to it.
Has happened w different ECUs and even a MSD box.
It Maybe the cheap shina replacement pickups.
OR it just may be me. I seem to have all the bad luck.
