I installed 1/2"x5" anchor studs in a few of my shop bays.

Pull car out with a chain and the truck to turn around, then winch (or even come-a-long) back in using stud.

Works GREAT, even uphill.

Cost was $15 for the 1/2" masonry bit and about $3 each for the anchors. Most are "Red Head" brand.
