Grinding, " diesel " noise under valve covers

Man, that's much appreciated from both Y'all! I've got so many issues right now, if I add the Mopar to it, I'd probably keel over! Not being a Pro Mechanical Tech, seeing that stuff FREAKED ME OUT MAN!!!!!! AHHHHH! LOL
