To my knowledge, Chryslers first dual spark plug head hemi was the gen III. I helped Lee Smith with the Crazee Cuda for a year or two after he got out of pro stock.
His engine in the Cuda was the first dual plug motor that I had seen. In the back of my head I thought that the idea orginated with him. He made his own dual headed dist.
