Carburetor cfm calculator

I was thinking, would it be a good idea to get cam specs first and then select the rest of the combination, as the compression ratio, tire size, gear ratio, stall speed converter, intake manifold all need to coincide with each other in order to get the best performance from every performance dollar spent. I'm wanting to get this right the first time, LOL
