destroked 340

You have to WANT to be a mopar guy (or gal)!
I know where a Challenger is parked in the bush on an acreage. Belongs to the guy's brother in law who does not want to sell, yet. Go back and talk each year and see what happens.
I had some photos from the track of the Boss 302 Racing Team, Fogg Motors Mustang from 1970. Also had a great photo of the Penske Porsche 917 30K CanAm car in the paddock after Saturday practice. One car had the bodywork on and the other had the bodywork removed. Great photo. Ex wife got all the photos mixed up with hers and out of the envelopes with the negatives. They got lost in the divorce.
My car is a 1940 Ford Fordor, that I am freshening the 289 up. Looking to narrow a 8.8 rear axle with Traction Lock and 3.55 gears. Also an AOD transmission with the wide ratio gears in it.
If I can get that Challenger I will be happy as I always liked them. The T/A with the 340 six pack was my fav.
Got some Chevies, a 39 Pontiac 2dr and a couple of 52 Austin A40s. I have an aluminum 215 Buick to put in one Austin. Thinking a 3800 Buick supercharged for the other. Maybe get Audi 6spd transaxles and build an IRS for them.
I can appreciate all models and makes, as long as the steering and brakes are up to the HP under the hood. Always bad when the car is faster than the cranium holding the steering wheel.
