15x12 wheels?

What year of truck do you have and how much back spacing/offset do the wheels have? If it’s stock ride height, they usually fit equivalent of a 31X10.50-15 with out too much trouble. Some lift and minor wheel tub lip trimming gets larger tires in without too much trouble. Do you have the stock rear suspension?
