Forgive me my Mopar brothers. I have sinned

So on both doors there was a section about 10" tall and the length of the door, where something had been painted over,,,, with house paint.
Well my curiosity got the best of me, and after about 2 hours with 220 and 400 wet sand paper, this is what I have found.
