Definitely bent, heres pics of ours. Good thing is all that's hidden anyway. Bend it straight and tack if need be.

Took the shifter out and found it cracked near the base.
I'm going to MIG weld the crack, but before I do, does it look like the shifter is bent to you? Or is that offset supposed to be in there?
