1 part epoxy primer and more primer..

Clesn it good, I would do 2 good coats of epoxy. It will need to be scuffed if time window elapses before another whatever. I like Southern Polyurthane stuff but shipping might be a killer for you.
I have good luck with all PPG stuff also.
