I agree with that as well. In this case, he has to with any direction he chooses. It’s a matter of how much of either. Some people are willing to spend boat loads of both for a matter of principle. I pick those battles carefully. We’re where we are in customer service because morals, ethics, respect toward fellow humans and pride in work and craftsmanship are not taught nor valued in this country anymore.
