Advice / pointers on replacing valve seal

I would take all the plugs out. Keep track of what cylinder they came out of and compare them to each other. Since you already have all the plugs out it would be a good time to do a compression test. Write down what each cylinder has and compare to the spark plugs. Hopefully all will be good.
