I agree with you on that, good steaks where you are. I'd trade our 1/2 beef in the freezer (grass fed) for 1/2 beef over where you are in a split second.
It's funny we go to visit our friends in Maryland, and they'll cook something beef. We can really tell the difference.
After some Kansas beef we took them, they now just entertain us with great fresh seafood.
Now that's something tough for us to get.
