1969 Dodge Dart GT
As much as it pains me to do so, I am looking to part ways with my 1969 Dodge Dart GT. This car was fully restored between 2014 and 2016. Body is in outstanding condition as is the interior. Motor shows obvious signs of having been driven, but the car is mechanically sound with no problems. After completing the restoration, I also replaced the entire underdash wiring harness and the engine bay harness with an all new factory correct harness. I have replaced the water pump and radiator (I still have the original radiator in the box). I completed a disc brake swap on the car in 2020.
To the buyer, I will recommend two changes to the car. Redo the brake swap with new and better parts. I have been very unhappy with the brake system since I did the swap. Also, when I did the swap, I converted to tubular UCA's from PST. To be perfectly honest, those UCA's are junk (my opinion). I would replace them with something better, or just go back to factory correct UCA's.
This car is very clean. It has always been garage kept. I have never sprayed water on the car. It has only ever been rained on a few times. Car is located in Fredericksburg, VA.
Sale will include the original steel wheels, two brand new tires, service manual, and any other miscellaneous parts I find laying around for the car.
While I have a significant amount of money in this build, I am aware that it is virtually impossible to get your money back.
I am asking $28,000 but that price is negotiable since I would suggest the buyer spend the money to make the changes I recommended above.
