Sender resistance in FSM

About the wide resistance for empty... 80 ohms will generate no needle movement. Their own tester didn't use that as a test (no indication of working). 73 ohms should bring the needle up to the 1st hash mark. 60 ohms wouldn't take the needle very far beyond the hash mark. So anywhere in the wide range is what? Go get gas.
