they've been repainted and where the paint has flaked there is some minor rusti believe original color was a mopar sea-puke green and matches the original color of the 1968 Dodge Dart they came from.
I swapped them for larger ones and after rolling and trimming my fenders, theres no going back. to these smaller OEM tires.
