Funniest thing is the HOA has not had a quorm at their meetings in the 15 years we have lived here. Recently they made a rule that if you do landscaping that is not "approved" they can have a company come on your property and have it removed.

Without a quorm no rules are binding.

I would love for them to try and take anything off my property!

The city told me that I wasn't allowed to build the gigantic carport that I had asked about. I'm a machinist so I drew out all the plans/blueprints for the carport and took it to city hall. They said that I'd have to get an engineer to sign off the plans ($500) and that it wasn't allowed anyway because it was too close to the sidewalk here in the city. I said "OK, thank you" and I left. I went home and built it anyway, 20 years later it's still there and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! STICK-IT-TO-THAMON!!!!!!!!!!!!
