How Many Fingers?

A doctor friend once told me how he did a prostate exam years back. Apparently an acquaintance of his came in for an exam. The patient was a guy who could not resist a practical joke, so the doc decided a little payback was in order. The doctor fashioned a rubber hand with a glove and some stuffing and had the patient bend over the table. The doc then placed the rubber hand on one side, slipped his finger in to do the exam and placed his free hand on the other side. He didn't tell me exactly what the reaction was, but did say that he never witnessed the guy pulling another prank ever again.
