Failure or success with Jeg's or Summit branded ( china ) parts

I bought a Comp Double roller timing set from Summit and it arrived damaged. No damage to shipping container or to Comp's cardboard box, so Someone at Comp broke the damned thing and boxed it up anyway! Called Summit and they sent me a replacement and didn't want the old one back. Said Comp would contact me to get the old one. They never did. Cam gear is only damaged part, so I have extras of everything else now.
