Barracuda Quarter Window Fit

I've got my quarter windows rebuilt and reinstalled on my '69 Notch (what a nightmare) but I'm having trouble adjusting them. Does anyone have any photos of good-fitting quarter windows, and how the rest against the roof rail gasket and the door?
