Less than a month and we’ll be at the hallowed grounds of Famoso Dragway. Probably my most favorite track anywhere. Wide, smooth, and long! This will be our fifth March Meet we’ve attended. It’s a really fun time being there, but definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. One hit Thursday, one hit Friday, and into E1 Saturday am with the hope of making it past that to Sunday. We’re first out each day so after that we’ll be planted in the stands watching the coolness. They started racing in Phoenix and Vegas, but sadly I skipped on those as the car is ready to go and I didn’t want to mess it up before March Meet . Serviced the trans (some metallic residue, but nothing huge). Also put the 4.30 gears back in to keep us below 8k crossing the stripe.
