Short Stop, 12V, 30 amp, auto-reset circuit breakers

I have for sale a pair of what looks to be new Short Stop, 12V, 30 amp, auto-reset circuit breakers. One attaching tab does look like it was attached to something though. They have just been sitting on the shelf for a while.
