Junk Yard in Phelan California

The saga continues. I got the rear end installed along with a new driveshaft. When I bought the 8 3/4 from Daryl Finch in Phelan, CA, I paid him additional money to replace bearings, seals, gears, etc because the unit was used, I thought I would give him the business for being such a great guy and having the only 8 3/4 rear end made for an "A" body available. Well, I got 12 miles out of it. The car is in the shop having the differential gone through.

Hi there, I just join the forum just so I can write a post. I also got taken with Daryl. He is not a nice person to deal with. Pretty aggressive attitude when I was at his junk yard. I bought a set of seat belts and other parts for my 71 Challenger. I was not too familiar with the specifics of the design, but A friend of my is knowledgeable and when he saw the seat belts, my friend said that they are for a B body and not a E body. Well the story is that as what happened with you, no answers text or phone calls. I finally got through him and he blew me off saying it was my problem. I told him as a Mopar specialist, he should have known to sell me the correct seat belts. Now I'm out of $350 for the wrong parts!!!
