The more I look at your photos that car ain't bad.Anymore the cost of doing cars is way up there. I too like the ruff but reliable runners.
This is what I did with my parts car. A Arizona car all it's life so the body was too good to scrap.
All used parts and left overs. Made a fun driver with a 1970 318/904.
