I hate it when I have to score one of these, typically I always score in favor of shooter. In the event I cannot physically distinguish shared hole/ring I attach higher value. That is why so many of the better shooters use wad cutters exclusively. Makes scoring easier, but still a mess on one hole targets. Yep judges hate me!
