Installing Dr. Diff 11.7" Rear Discs on an S60

I have some info and pictures of my install of the 11.7” rear disks on my Duster here

My install is on an 8 3/4, but the S60 should be very similar. Once you unbolt them keepers the axles should slide out. They may require a smack with a dead blow to get them moving but I’ve only needed an axle puller on housings that had rust on the bearings.

On reinstall if you have tapered bearings you’ll have to set the end play on the axles. If you have the green style bearings the axles just bolt in. And if you have a limited slip differential you’ll have some kind of thrust button or block if you have tapered bearings.

The torque specs and end play tolerance is in the FSM.
