1965 MMP's Barracuda Hemi swap! The Ever Changing Build
Got the rearend back in, also plumbed the break line from rear forward forgot to take pictures. It turned out very nice and easily serviceable. So happy about that but forgot to take pictures of the finished lines. Then I decided to look into the rear ride height. So installed only 2 of the 4 rear coilovers and it dropped the rear end about 3"+/- wasn't "bad looking" but too low for me. Then I used a jack an raised it 1.5" and loved it. So currently have coilovers that are at ride height measure 13.5" from pin to pin so if I get a set that are only 12"pin to pin under load we'll be good. BUT I've decided to wait till the car is finish before I do that only cause the once finished it will have it full interior, full tank of gas and have it's finished weight/load. I'd hate to buy a setup that work now only to finish the car and have it sag...
Than I got my steering setup button up and ready to go..
3" lower looks too saggy to me
1.5" lower I like this! The picture doesn't really do it justice. wheel arch edge is just sitting above the top line of the wheel line.
