In my trade shitty workers only lasted a season when winter came the good workers stayed working the others were layed off an in the union hall waiting usually till next spring. Union can’t do **** about lay off. If they didn’t get called they’d last in the hall till unemployment insurance ran out

So my union story , there’s an employee who got suspended for three shifts , union agreed that was a fair deal guy comes back after 3 missed shifts and greaves the 3 days missed ,the same union that agreed to the 3 days is allowing the grievance to go ahead ,silly
