That’s what’s going on my dart. kind of keeping with the pseudo sexual reference of the 440DD

It just didn't make an sense to me at the time to reduce, make bent tubing, another reducer/flange to the Purple Hornies. Extra weight, more parts to break, and God forbid if someone I knew saw them installed like that :lol:. I had the older version too, straight 4" from collector to the turn down. The little dust storm they always set off when you lit up the hot rod :lol:.
6 bolts and you were uncorked :lol:. Probly worked out for the best, with the turbo mufflers. All my 16 year old brat needed was noisy pipes attracting more attention to her. :lol:
