I think Stinger's policy (not that I agree with it) is that customers can fix minor blemishes and major shipping damage will be covered by OD.
I wonder if the owner of Stinger would have the same attitude if he went out and bought a new TV, got home, unboxed it, and found a huge scratch across the screen - or a chunk missing out of the corner of the frame?
I bet he would do his balls at the shop where he bought the TV.
