1967-1969 Barracuda Fenders

They are worth what the buyer and seller decide they are worth. Factory parts are definitely a better fit than aftermarket. Aftermarket fenders for the most rebuilt car in America has some issues. So the first ones off the press will be at best”usable”. The problems these cars have is their owners. Go to any car show where you have different makes of cars and you will get the most criticism telling you how wrong and worthless your car is. AMD Dynacorn all are in business-to make money! They read these posts and they get the same message that everyone else does and that is why-you have no aftermarket! I have fenders grilles complete cars and “every” time someone comes to look the first thing out of their mouth-what is the least you will take? Here is a comparison- in 65 mustang built five times the barracuda two weeks ago I sold a roof with structure for $5000 what is your barracuda worth? It is worth exactly what someone will pay. Good luck guys but when you downgrade your own property don’t expect the aftermarket to loose money to make you happy. It’s about”money”bottom line!

I'm expecting a lot of comments like this. D5667 has a point. If we don't show an interest in our cars by letting the manufacturers know what we want, they will perceive that there is no market for the parts.
I agree that NOS or used parts fit pretty well but I don't discount the aftermarket's ability to supply good replacements either. I have most everything AMD supplies for my car , a 68 fastback and did very little mods to install. I watch most of the Resto shows on TV and they use a lot of aftermarket sheetmetal with little or no mods.

As he said " its about the bottom line". Sure is and money talks loud! Be nice to see a reaction from the manufacturers as I know they are reading the posts here. We have to find a way to let them know there is a demand for these parts.

This is my way of doing it.
