And "NO" you don't just put the bolts into the holes and tighten. If it was that easy and simple, then I wouldn't have mentioned it. The pan holes have to be knocked up before you reinstall it or the torque won't be evenly distributed. And a cork gasket can't take the torque that a Duraprene or Farpak(?) can; cork will split.
