1964 Valiant 200, final touches

Yeah, I actually want to take that off. Just looks a little clunky and I'm not driving this car in cold weather so I do not see the benefit
Thinking of getting a couple of plugs and eliminating the hoses and fittings. Hope that won't screw up the car.
Not hardly. It'll just make it a little more cold natured is all. You may even notice a power increase. Now of course, all the experts will weigh in about "proper fuel atomization" blah blah blah, but that's only when the engine's cold. Once warmed up, the benefit from a non heated intake far outweigh the longer warmup times.

And hay, if you just caint stand it, you can always put it back.
