Human, burpees... never heard that terminology, a squat and flat hand on the ground! I like it, I bet that is a good move :thumbsup:
I wish I exercise 5 days a week, do a lot of stretching and 6 ft stick work i learned many years ago, even use it on the floor under my feet when I set, great for the lower back..thank you for sharing :thumbsup:
Actually she squats and then she throws her feet back as far as she can then pulls him back up under her body and stands up and repeat. That's the definition of a burpee. I got her doing two sets of 15, 5 days a week
