Stop in for a cup of coffee

I checked and replaced fuse, then installed new bulbs still nothing. Short of pulling the board I'll try replacing the bulb sockets. After that I guess I'll need to trace power and see where it's dropping. I'm assuming that the same power input that feeds the high beam indicator and turn signal indicator feeds the dash lights.
I have the wiring diagram here somewhere but haven't invested a lot of time following the traces
For the gages, if same as '65 power comes right from the key switch 'run' terminal to the dash pin.

Turn signal has no fuse. Power comes from the Accessory terminal on the key switch. The flasher unit is like a circuit breaker anyway.

For the instrument lights, the path is mainsplice to fuse box. Fuse to headlight switch. (Same fuse as parking and tail lights.)
In the headlight switch is the rheostat to control brightness.
Then it goes from the headlight switch to the fuse on the far end. Its a 2 or 3 amp fuse.
Then finally to the back of the instrument cluster.

This is '65 but concept will be similar.
