Ahhh
THAT is more of a mystery. I checked and replaced fuse, then installed new bulbs still nothing. Short of pulling the board I'll try replacing the bulb sockets. After that I guess I'll need to trace power and see where it's dropping. I'm assuming that the same power input that feeds the high beam indicator and turn signal indicator feeds the dash lights.
I have the wiring diagram here somewhere but haven't invested a lot of time following the traces
