Stop in for a cup of coffee
Unless there was an obvious dust leak in the exhaust stack, 3 times/yr was inspection time. Start the Bag House, take the powdered dye and add it to the dirty side of the vacuum air flow, shut it down and suit up for crawling over those 35 rows of bags and pipes with a black light in hand in the dark looking for any evidence of that dye and it's origin  . The clean side was 12' x 70' x 2 1/2', that was the crawling space. Luckily only 1/2 of the 70' was necessary for the filter bags . The remainder had to be inspected too in case a leak had developed due to wear or breakage issues, but there were no pipes to crawl over in that end . My part of saving the environment from pollution . Did I mention burning about 225 gal/hr of diesel on a busy production day?
