that was kinda sorta the point
its an old police car and the guy that recivilized it put some black accents on it (hood and trunk stripes, and spoiler)
i thought that looked good as a package, and i didnt think chrome wheels would go too well with it, so i went with the black alloys
of course, the real reason is safety and proper tires
