Intake manifold: Torker 340 vs dual plane

I'm running an old Torker 340 on my 72 340. 727, 3500 tq, Cam with lots of overlap, 4.30 gear set. Runs great, instant throttle response etc. May eventually try an Airgap, but the free Torker is fine while I put money and time into other more urgent stuff.
