Well with a gullet full of deer meat gruel I had a hankering for a hearty red. Nothing goes better with deer than a good cab. A decision I will likely regret at some point later this evening. Switching back to wine from a real toddy is typically not a good plan. And yes Jodi is not in the house so I can pour it in any glass I want! Prost!
