63 Valiant dashboard pan

I'm looking to buy a 63 Valiant dashboard pan. The one that's in my car is rusted on the left side by the door. My car is a 63 Valiant Signet 200 Convertible. I don't know if a 64 or a hard top makes a difference. I think the windshield should be removed to do this job. Any information will be appreciated.
