LA small block,Do you put an oil passage in your head stud?

I have run both eddy heads and x’s with studs. It was a concern for me. I put it together and spun up the oil pump. Turn the motor over and got oil to both heads. I also pulled the oil cap and watched the oil flow at idle. More than enough flow. 4-5 hundred runs ago. Comp rockers, no needles for me.
